A full-time opportunity is available for an experienced School Psychologist to support a high school setting in New Castle, DE. This contract position runs from ASAP through June 12, 2026, with a commitment of 37.5 hours per week. Candidates with DE licensure and school experience are highly preferred to meet the needs of the bilingual evaluation team.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for high school students
- Collaborating with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Providing counseling and behavioral support to students as needed
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to data-driven decision-making processes
- Supporting bilingual evaluation efforts with cultural competence and sensitivity
Desired Qualifications
- Valid Delaware licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working within school environments, particularly at the high school level
- Strong skills in psychological assessment, intervention, and consultation
- Ability to work effectively as part of a bilingual evaluation team
